During the training we also prepare students for interview skills which includes HR round, written test, group discussion, and presentation.

HOW TO CLEAR INTERVIEW
Let’s face the reality, if any institute guarantees you assured placement right after your training, you are being taken for a ride. In order to get that dream job each candidate has to undergo interview process, which consists of many rounds. Some companies conduct written test, aptitude test, and finally HR round. Every HR wants to hire best candidate and they have a set criteria for selection process. Usually, candidate has to undergo 2-3 rounds of interviews before being given offer letter. Odyssey Informatics extensively prepare students in each required area thus making interview process very easy and creating higher chances of placement.
MEDICAL CODING EXPERIENCE (INTERNSHIP)
Students are offered internship programs where they learn live medical coding i.e. doing medical coding through softwares, analysing detailed patient’s medical records. This exposure help students make them industry ready and companies are eager to offer placement to a candidate who is well versed with LIVE MEDICAL CODING scenario.
MOCK INTERVIEW SESSIONS
Odyssey Informatics conduct special sessions where students interact with HRs of different companies. Mock interviews with written tests are conducted on a regular basis.
HR spend 30-45 seconds in shortlisting candidates based upon their resume. Special resume making sessions are held where student are given pointers on how to highlight their achievements and how to edit resume before applying for job.
SOFT SKILL TRAINING
Presentation skills which includes interview sessions, preparing for boardroom presentation, public speaking, and group discussions are regularly held. Students are also taught about dressing sense and grooming skills. Importance of creating a positive impression is discussed at length.
