These Terms govern your use of all our offerings, including online and offline training, exam sponsorship, placement assistance, and other related services.
Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in any course or using our platform.
1. Eligibility
To enroll in any course at Odyssey Informatics, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration.
- Agree to follow all academic and ethical standards as outlined in these Terms.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
- Upon successful payment, students will receive access to course materials and live sessions either online or offline, depending on the chosen mode.
- Access to course content is strictly for personal use and may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.
- Odyssey Informatics reserves the right to revoke access to any student found violating usage policies.
3. Payment and Fees
- All course fees must be paid upfront or through approved installment plans.
- Fees are non-transferable.
- We use Stripe as our official payment gateway. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

4. CPC Exam Sponsorship
- Eligible students may receive sponsored registration for the AAPC CPC exam as part of select programs.
- Sponsored exam fees are non-refundable, and once issued, they cannot be reclaimed or reused.
- Exam sponsorship is subject to successful course completion and internal performance criteria.
5. Placement Assistance
- Odyssey Informatics offers 100% placement assistance to certified candidates.
- Placement is not guaranteed but is actively supported through resume-building, mock interviews, and referrals to partnered companies.
- Final employment decisions are made by the hiring company and are outside our control.
6. Code of Conduct
Students must:
- Attend sessions regularly.
- Respect trainers, staff, and fellow students.
- Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or disruptive behavior.
Violation of this code may result in suspension or expulsion from the course without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All training content, including videos, PDFs, presentations, and mock tests, are the intellectual property of Odyssey Informatics. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Odyssey Informatics shall not be held liable for:
- Any technical issues that prevent access to live or recorded sessions.
- Any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
- Employment outcomes beyond the scope of our placement support.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
